At BuzzCraft Digital (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we strive to provide a seamless payment experience for our clients. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, billing processes, and refund terms.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

• Bank Transfers

• Digital Payment Wallets (UPI, PayPal, etc.)

• Other payment methods as agreed upon with the client

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.

• For large projects, milestone-based payments may be applicable.

• Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.

4. Invoicing & Billing

• Clients will receive an official invoice upon service confirmation.

• Payment must be completed within the due date mentioned on the invoice.

• Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt.

5. Refund Policy

• Pre-cancellation: Clients must pay 10% of the total service fee if canceled before work begins.

• During work: Clients must pay 50% of the total service fee if canceled after work has started.

• Upon completion: Clients must pay 80% of the total service fee if canceled upon project completion.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 days of approval.

6. Subscription & Recurring Payments

• Subscription-based services will be billed on a recurring basis as per the agreed schedule.

• Clients must ensure sufficient funds for recurring payments to avoid service interruptions.

• Subscription cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Clients must contact us before initiating chargebacks or disputes.

• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and legal action.

8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
