2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request a cancellation of services within 7 days of purchase.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@buzzcraftdigital.com.

  • Certain services, such as custom development and strategy consultations, may not be eligible for cancellation once work has commenced.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased.

  • Clients must pay 10% of the total service fee if they cancel before work begins.

  • If a project is canceled during work, the client must pay 50% of the total service fee.

  • If a project is canceled upon completion, the client must pay 80% of the total service fee.

4. Exceptions

  • Subscription-based services may have specific cancellation terms outlined in their agreement.

  • Promotional or discounted services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • In cases of technical issues or service failures on our part, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
